Growing in clusters like their namesake grapes, pink grapefruit were originally known as "forbidden fruit." Forbidden no longer, it is one of our favorite flavors. Slightly more delicate than the yellow variety, this lovely colored fruit makes a beautiful marmalade bursting with citrus flavor. An elegant choice with toast or scones.
