NSK-SD® Nattokinase is clinically studied to support the body's circulatory clearing system by breaking down fibrin, a protein found in blood. It is the only form of nattokinase with its own published safety, efficacy and identity data and is also the only form without Vitamin K2, which may interfere with some medications.

1 capsule three times daily on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after a meal.
