Aloe Vera is traditionally found in warm, tropical locations, like the Caribbean and South Africa, and has been used as a supplement for thousands of years. Nature's Way® combines Aloe with Buckthorn, Cascara Sagrada, and Fennel Seed, to help support occasional constipation.

Adults and children age 12 years and over: take 1 capsule with a full glass of liquid (8 ounces) at bedtime. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age. Do not take more than 1 capsule in a 24-hour period. Not for long term use. Do not take more than 7 days as frequent or prolonged use may result in dependence. Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Plant-derived capsule (hypromellose), cellulose, magnesium stearate.

No yeast-derived ingredients, wheat, soy, corn, dairy products, or artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Do not use when nausea or vomiting are present unless directed by a healthcare professional. Do not use if you have a history of or currently have, intestinal disease.
