Our Liquid Coconut Oil undergoes a proprietary process that increases the concentration of capric acid while retaining the naturally occurring lauric acid. This results in an oil with a mild coconut flavor that retains its liquid consistency at cooler temperatures, making it ideal for salad dressings, popcorn and more.
Suggested use
Use for cooking, sautéing and baking. Great for salad dressings and smoothies. Not recommended for frying at temperatures over 330° F.
