We love the fresh taste of cilantro, the leaves of the coriander plant. It always reminds us of dishes we've had in Latin America or the Southwest. This dressing is perfect for marinating shrimp, chicken or pork before grilling or searing, and is great on any salad. We especially like using it to make light and flavorful coleslaw!
