The nectar of the coconut blossom, harvested by hand on the islands of Indonesia by our collective of organic farmers, is dried into this nourishing sugar, ready to replace any other. Golden-sweet and rich with vital amino acids, it absorbs gently in the body, avoiding crashes and making dishes and drinks delicious.

Suggested use
Use our coconut sugar the same way you use regular sugar, it's a perfect 1:1 ratio.
Try our chocolate chip cookies
Whisk dry ingredients together set aside. Cream sugar & almond butter, add eggs and vanilla. Slowly mix in dry ingredients, then add sweet nibs or chocolate chips. Bake at 325ºF for 8-10 minutes.
