Herbs de Provence is a traditional bend of herbs that grow in the Provence region of France. This fragrant blend goes well with lamb, beef, chicken, pork and vegetables.

Toss potatoes, carrots, or cauliflower with olive oil and this mix before roasting for a wonderfully-scented side dish.
