Uses: Helps clear nasal congestion. Gently washes, soothes and moisturizes sinus and nasal passages.

Squeeze twice in one nostril as needed. Blow your nose very gently to clear the mucus out. Repeat for the other nostril.

Safe for daily use: Non habit-forming and can beused as often as needed, day or night, to cleanse sinusesand nasal passages.
