Suggested useRemove protective cap. With head held upright, insert spray nozzle into nostril. Adults, depress pump completely 2-3 times. Children (12 years of age and older), depress pump completely 1 time. Sniff deeply. Repeat up to 3 times daily. Wipe nozzle clean after each use. Use only as directed.
