Vitamin K2 as MK-7, derived from chickpeas, is important fo the formation of strong, healthy bones and promotes arterial health.

Adults: take one soft gel daily at mealtime.

Safflower oil, soft gel shell (beef gelatin, glycerin, water, carob), sunflower oil, d-alpha tocopherol, rosemary extract.

Keep bottle tightly closed. Store away from heat and moisture.

Vitamin K can antagonize the effect of anticoagulants, including Warfarin. Do not take this product if you are taking Warfarin or are pregnant or breastfeeding without first consulting with your physician.
