What is Vitamin D3?

Vitamin D3 is an essential vitamin that is known as the “Sunshine Vitamin” because of the body’s ability to naturally produce it after exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is especially beneficial to those who spend a lot of time indoors or those who wear sunscreen regularly to protect their skin while outdoors.

For adults, take one (1) quick release softgel daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.
