Also known as Vitamin B-7, Biotin is an essential water-soluble B Vitamin. Our Biotin provides you with 1,000 mcg of this essential nutrient per tablet.

For adults, take one (1) vegan tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Dicalcium phosphate, cellulose (plant origin), croscarmellose, vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, silica.

Free of wheat, yeast, milk, lactose, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, artificial sweetener, preservatives.
