Take 1 serving daily. Shake gently prior to use. Simply "DropIn" to your mouth or a beverage. Use only as directed.

Water, vegetable glycerin, organic brown rice syrup, natural mixed berry flavor with other natural flavors, citric acid, potassium sorbate, xanthan gum, stevia (leaf extract) and methylcobalamin.
