Children (14-17 years) take one (1) drop as needed. Do not exceed four (4) drops per day. For adults and Pregnant/lactating women (18 years and older), take one (1) drop as needed. Do not exceed five (5) drops per day. Only for occasional use to help mild up stomach upset.
