Suggested use

Prepare a large bowl of water. Take a handful of TrueSeaMoss Irish Sea Moss from the bag, place it in a bowl and let it soak in the water. The sea moss will expand and become 3-4 times larger, so make sure that the bowl is large enough to prevent overspilling. You will need to repeat the same procedure a few times and rinse the moss thoroughly each time to get rid of the sand and other residues.

Place the bowl into the fridge and leave your moss for 24-48 hours to allow it to expand.

Prepare a lemon or lime wedge. Remove the bowl from the fridge and squeeze some lemon juice into the water. After that, rinse the moss thoroughly one more time.

Place the sea moss into a blender or food processor and pour some water on top to cover the sea moss completely. Blend it till thick and smooth.

Transfer it into an airtight jar and place it into the fridge for an hour.

Your sea moss is ready to be used!

Sea moss can be stored in the fridge for up to27 days and up to 365 days in the freezer.

Unprepared(dry sea moss) can be stored at room temperature or fridge up to 365 days.
