Adults take 1-2.5mL (1/2 tsp- 40 drops) daily. Days 1-3: 10 drops/day. Days 4-6: 20 drops/day. Days 7+: 30 drops/day and increase drops daily until you reach 40 drops (2.5mL) spread throughout the day. This product has a very strong, salty flavor. We don't add any flavors or sweeteners, so we recommend adding it to your favorite flavored beverages to mask the taste. Do not refrigerate. A high intake of magnesium may cause a laxative effect. If this occurs, simply reduce amount per serving.

Children age 1-3: Take 1 drop for every 5 lbs of body weight. For regular or sodium-restricted diets.

Remineralize Purified Water: Add 20-40 drops per gallon or to taste (2-4 drops per 12 oz). Minor crystallization may 3 occur, but this does not affect product quality. 11
