    • Suggested use

    Stir one packet of powder vigorously into any hot or cold liquid for 20 to 30 seconds, or until all the powder dissolves. Take twice a day, and drink with a meal, or as directed by your healthcare provider. For example, mix one packet into water in the morning with breakfast and one packet into Water in the evening with dinner. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
