Found in the membranes of plant cells, Phytosterols are naturally occurring compounds that have a similar structure to cholesterol. Studies show that phytosterol can block your body's absorption of cholesterol and support healthy cardiovascular function.

The Vitamin Shoppe® brand Super Phytosterols contain 900mg of plant sterols to support the health of your heart.

Take one (1) tablet three (3) times daily, preferably with a meal.

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, aqueous coating (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, dextrin, stearic acid, dextrose monohydrate, medium chain triglycerides, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium citrate).

Products containing at least 400 mg per serving of plant sterols and stanols, eaten twice a day with meals for a daily intake of at least 800 mg as part of a diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol, may reduce the risk of heart disease.
