Consuming EPA and DHA combined may reduce the risk of CHD (coronary heart disease) by lowering blood pressure. However, FDA has concluded that the evidence is inconsistent and inconclusive. One serving of this Omega-3 fish oil provides 900 milligrams of EPA and DHA.

Take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal.

Gelatin, glycerin, purified water, mixed tocopherols**, coating (ethyl cellulose, ammonium hydroxide, medium chain triglycerides, oleic acid, sodium alginate, stearic acid).

Contains: Fish (anchovy, sardine, mackerel).

Does not contain: Gluten, sugar, salt (sodium chloride), preservatives, artificial colors or flavors.

**According to the FDA allergen labeling requirements, highly refined oils, such as the soybean oil used in this product, are not considered allergenic due to the removal of the protein allergens.
