Niacin is an essential B-vitamin with a lot of benefits to offer. Found in red meat, poultry, fortified grains, and legumes, niacin supports healthy cholesterol levels, cardiovascular health, and energy production to help you stay powered on all day.

Take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.
