The Vitamin Shoppe® brand Comfort Iron® is formulated with ferrous bisglycinate-a chelated form of iron that is non-constipating and gentle on your stomach.

Take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal.

Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, rice extract blend, rice bran extract, silicon dioxide.

Does not contain: Gluten, sugar, salt, preservatives.
