Let this all-natural, nourishing castor oil moisturize and replenish your dry or stressed skin. Applied as a compress, the oil may help soothe joint and muscle soreness after exercise or activity.

Cleanse the skin with mild soap and water. Apply as required, twice a day. As a castor oil pack for concentrated application, saturate wool flannel and apply over desired area. Dry heat may be applied.

Castor seed oil (ricinus communis).
