Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, silicified microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, aqueous coating.

Does not contain: Gluten, sugar, salt, preservatives or artificial colors.
