Savory and sweet with a touch of lemon, this is a great rub for pork ribs, pork butt, steak, and chicken.

For larger cuts of meat like ribs or shoulder, season generously and rub the blend into the meat and let rest for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight before cooking.

Hudson valley salt, brown sugar, dried garlic, paprika, onion, citric acid, vegetable fiber to prevent caking, spices, not more than 2%: lemon oil.

Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
