  • Unique brown rice noodles get their warm color from naturally brown rice. Their mild flavor and tender texture make them versatile for all types of dishes - from noodle stir-fries and steaming bowls of rice noodle soups to cold noodle salads. Each package contains four individually wrapped single-serve noodle nests so you can make a meal for one as easily as for the whole family. We use only the highest quality rice and traditional processing methods for our rice noodles - every batch is steam-cooked and slowly dried.

    Suggested use

Cooking Instructions: Bring large pot of water to boil. Remove from heat. Add desired amount of noodles, stirring to separate noodles. Let stand 5 minutes or until noodles are tender but firm. Drain noodles in colander. Rinse with cold water, if desired. Use immediately.

Tip: If not using immediately, let cooked noodles stand in bowl of cold water to prevent noodles from sticking. Just before using, drain noodles.

    Other ingredients

Brown and white rice, tapioca starch & water.
