Suggested useAdults: 1 Serving 1 time per day. Mix 1 serving (1/2 scoop) in 1/2 -1 cup of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Stir well and drink immediately. Take 1 serving, once daily.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant and/or breastfeeding, are taking decongestant-containing cold preparations (i.e. phenylephrine or pseudoephedrine), products containing ephedra or ephedrine, or other medication which increase blood pressure or taking blood pressure medications (either hypertensives or antihypertensives), thyroid medications, sympathomimetics, or monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs).
