Swanson NeuroSilk features fibroin, a unique peptide found in silk. The Chinese have been breeding silkworms for silk production for more than 5,000 years, and silkworm cocoons have been used for health purposes for nearly as long. In its raw state, silk consists of two main proteins, sericin and fibroin, with a glue-like sericin layer surrounding tough central filaments made of fibroin.

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times per day with water.

Rice extract, gelatin, maltodextrin.
