Swanson Motherwort is a traditional herb used by women. The leaves and flowers of this mint family plant have been used in both European folk and Chinese herbal medicine. Each capsule delivers 400 mg of motherwort.

As a dietary supplement, take one capsule one to two times per day with water.

Gelatin, magnesium stearate, silica, stearic acid.
