Suggested use
Use only as directed. Applyonce daily or as recommended by yourhealth care practitioner. Dispense creaminto palm of hand and rub onto chest,abdomen, inner arms, or thighs - rotatingarea each time. Do not use for more than3 weeks out of the month.
