Natural Balance 5-HTP formula contains 5-HTP derived from the griffonia bean. 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) is thought to be converted by the body to serotonin, and important neurotransmitter of the central nervous system.

Take one VegCap three times daily. Use only as directed.
