Get double the power with this double-strength version of Swanson K2, delivering 100 mcg of vitamin K2. Swanson K2 (formerly Natto K7) is the most biologically active form of vitamin K2. While vitamin K is mostly known for its involvement in blood clotting, K2 also helps to activate the osteocalcin and matrix GLA proteins that regulate where calcium ends up in the body.

Vitamin K2 itself consists of 13 numbered natural substances called menaquinones of which primarily menaquinone-7 has been scientifically studied to benefit cardiovascular and bone health. Studies suggest menaquinone-7 specifically may also support both mood and blood sugar health in women.

As a dietary supplement, take one softgel per day with water.
