Niacin (vitamin B-3) is an essential B vitamin that´s important for properly metabolizing fat and fat-like substances, such as cholesterol. Niacin supports energy production, and healthy cardiovascular and nervous system function.

Adults: Take one tablet daily at mealtime.

Microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, stearic acid (veg), ethylcellulose, magnesium stearate (veg), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide.

Note: Niacin may cause flushing or itching which can last minutes or hours and can often be relieved by drinking a glass of water.
