Melatonin supplements are often recommended because they may help support deep, natural sleep and a consistent circadian rhythm cycle.

Adults - Take one tablet an hour before bedtime, as a dietary supplement. Do not exceed daily dose unless recommended by a health care provider.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Guaranteed no added: Sugar, starch, yeast, soy, corn, wheat, dairy, gluten, fish, tree nuts, peanuts, eggs, fragrance, artificial colors or flavors, preservatives, animal products, crustacean shellfish.

For adult use only at bedtime. Not for use by children, teenagers, pregnant or lactating women. If you are taking medication or are under medical supervision, or have diabetes, an autoimmune disease, a depressive disorder, a thyroid condition, epilepsy, leukemia, or a lymphoproliferative disorder, or are taking MAO inhibitor drugs, or corticosteroids such as cortisone or prednisone, consult with your physician before taking this product. Do not use in conjunction with alcoholic beverages, when driving a vehicle or while operating machinery. This product may cause drowsiness. Limit use to two months with a break of one week.
