Triple Action Approach (Melatonin-Free)

Supports sleep The combination of Sensoril® Ashwagandha and L-theanine reduces occasional sleeplessness and elevates the presence of alpha waves in the brain that support calmness, and sleep, respectively. Other well-known botanicals have been added to round out this formula.

Includes 150 mg L-Theanine which has been shown to effectively relax the mind and 200 mg of GABA, an amino acid primarily known for relaxing the body's central nervous system.△

Suggested use

Adults, take two (2) capsules 30 minutes before bedtime. Read label warnings prior to use. Do not exceed recommended dose. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications that you take with your health care providers.
