Caviar SPMs blends sustainably sourced arctic herring caviar extract with fish oil concentrate, which provides naturally occurring phospholipids, specialized pro-resolving mediators (SPMs), and omega-3s. The beneficial omega-3s EPA and DHA support heart, brain, vision, joint, and immune health. SPMs support our body's defense system and assist with the natural resolution of our inflammatory response. Since many of us may not get enough omega-3s through diet alone and may have inadequate SPM production, a supplement can be a great option. Like all Carlson products, Omega-3s with SPMs is tested by an FDA-registered laboratory for freshness, potency, and purity.
Suggested use
Adults: take one soft gel once or twice daily at mealtime. Do not chew.
