We prepare our Wild Yam extract from the rhizomes of Certified Organic Dioscorea villosa vines. The vines feature distinctive heart-shaped leaves.

Shake well before using.

Adults: Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz of water or juice, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.

Certified organic cane alcohol (57-67%) & distilled water.

Dry herb / menstruum ratio 1 : 5.

Keep out of the reach of children.
