MegaFood Skin, Nails & Hair 2 supports a healthy complexion, nails & hair with vitamins A & C, zinc, and biotin. It also includes a food & herb blend.

Adults take 2 tablets daily with a beverage. May be taken any time of day, even on an empty stomach.

Made without milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat, fish, shellfish and sesame.
