Discussion: Glucomannan is soluble fiber that comes from the Asian konjac tree. Traditionally, glucomannan has been used to help support normal healthy intestinal regularity and healthy blood glucose levels. Glucomannan is highly absorbant and has one of the highest water holding capacities of any soluble fiber. It can hold and absorb up to 100 times its own water weight.

Use only as directed. Take 1 VegCap daily with a full 8 oz. glass of water.
