Take 3 capsules daily with a meal, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid taking after 6 pm as it may interfere with sleep. To enhance effects, take with 1-2 grams of healthy fats such as algae oil, MCT oil, krill oil, or fish oil.
