Each quick release softgel provides 100 mg of Coenzyme Q-10, as well as 100 mcg of Black Pepper Extract, derived from the fruit of Piper nigrum. This Co Q-10 formula is enhanced with Black Pepper to aid with the absorption of Co Q-10.

For adults, take one (1) quick release softgel one to four times daily, preferably with meals.

Gelatin, rice bran oil, vegetable glycerin, soy lecithin and/or sunflower lecithin, calcium carbonate, yellow iron oxide color.
