





One snowy day in Maine, while dreaming of warmer weather, we were inspired to combine a tropical blend of pineapple and orange juice with just a touch of curry powder, robust garlic and aromatic rosemary to create this vibrant sauce. A must for marinating seafood and poultry, it's especially delicious when prepared with shrimp and served over rice.
Suggested use
