





We love the taste of maple and bacon. It's a wonderful complement to the rich, tart taste of the aged balsamic vinegar we use. Together, these flavors are a delicious combination of sweet and savory that go great with roasted vegetables, chicken or pork and, of course, salads.
Suggested useMaple Bacon Balsamic Roasted Vegetable Salad
Peel and seed 1/2 lb. butternut squash. Cut into 1/2-inch cubes. Trim 1/2 lb. of Brussels sprouts and cut in half. Toss vegetables with 3 Tbsp. olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet and bake at 400ºF for 25-30 minutes or until vegetables are tender and golden brown. Toss 6 cups salad greens with cooled vegetables and Maple Bacon Balsamic Dressing to lightly coat. Top with 1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts. Serves 4-6.
Shake well before using.
Refrigerate after opening.
