Hydration+ is a refreshing electrolyte powder drink mix designed to restore essential electrolytes that may be lost through daily stress, alcohol intake, sweat during exercise or hot weather. It also contains critical B-vitamins, Zinc, Vitamin C and Vitamin D for additional energy and immune support.

Electrolytes are essential minerals (found in your sweat, blood and urine) that play a role in supporting the nervous system, contraction of muscles, maintenance of hydration (fluid balance) and regulation of pH levels. Optimal hydration occurs when the correct amount of water is inside and outside of each cell in the body. Electrolytes like sodium, and potassium, help maintain the balance of fluids by keeping the cells from being too full or from shriveling up.

Add 1 scoop per day to 12 oz of water or your favorite beverage and shake or blend well.
