NOW® Sports Pre-Workout Advanced Energy Powder features betaine, creatine, beta-alanine, carnitine, arginine, and caffeine to help you stay focused and energized so you can train harder and longer. This formula has betaine to help promote endurance and optimize muscle output during exercise, and beta-alanine to delay muscle fatigue and promote rapid recovery from intense exercise. Arginine is included to support nitric oxide production and nutrient delivery. With 200 mg caffeine per serving, this great-tasting supplement helps you maintain physical energy and focus during your workout.

Mix 1 1/2 level tablespoons in 14-16 oz. of water or other beverage 20-30 minutes before workout. One serving of Pre-Workout Advanced Energy has approx. 200 mg caffeine.
