Loading Phase:
For the first five (5) days, mix two (2) scoops with 12 ounces of water and take first thing in the morning, and two (2) scoops mixed with 12 ounces of water in the afternoon, ideally after your workout.
Maintenance Phase:
Mix one (1) scoop with 8 ounces of water immediately after your workout. On non-workout days, mix one (1) scoop with 8 ounces of water and take first thing in the morning.
