This all-vegan softgel is an ideal source of the omega-3 essential fatty acids EPA and DHA. Unlike less efficient forms of vegan omega-3s like flax seed oil, it is more active. It does not require a difficult metabolic conversion process in the body. EPA and DHA support healthy brain, cardiovascular and immune system functioning. 1 - 2 softgels 1 to 2 times daily.

Modified corn starch, glycerin, carrageenan, high oleic sunflower oil, purified water, rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate, and beta-carotene (color).
