Biotin is a water soluble vitamin required by our bodies to maintain healthy hair and skin. Preliminary evidence also suggests that biotin can promote healthy nails. Its involvement as a coenzyme in carbohydrate, protein and fat metabolism also supports our metabolic processes that burn fuel and produce energy, as well as supporting normal functioning of the nervous system.

Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, and magnesium stearate.
