Suggested use
In a medium (4-6 quart) stock pot, add 4 cups water and whisk in 1 cup soup mix. Add 2 cups chopped broccoli and bring to a boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese or croutons Makes 4 servings.
