Suggested useAs a dietary supplement for adults, take one (1) vegetable capsule daily, preferably with a meal or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not take on an empty stomach. It is best to start nicotinic acid supplementation at a low strength, and gradually increase to meet your individual needs.
