This two-stage, timed-release formula is designed to release half of the ingredients rapidly and the other half gradually over a period of up to 8 hours,** which may help extend the availability of these vitamins to the body over a longer period of time.

Use only as directed. Take two capsules daily, preferably with your last meal or glass of water of the day.

Gelatin capsule, silica, magnesium stearate, cellulose, chamomile (flowering tops), peppermint leaves, bioflavonoid concentrate and whole food base (whole rice concentrate including the bran, germ and polishings and aloe vera gel).

Do not use if safety seal is broken or missing. Keep out of reach of children. Keep your licensed health care practitioner informed when using this product. Due to Valerian content, do not use while driving or operating heavy equipment or if you have low blood pressure.
